Are your Apple products 100% genuine?
Yes. Every device we sell is 100% authentic Apple hardware. No grey market, no counterfeits. Serial numbers are clean and can be verified at checkcoverage.apple.com after your purchase.
What do the condition grades mean?
New: Factory sealed, never opened.
Open Box: Opened but unused, like new in every way.
Grade A (Excellent): No visible scratches on screen or body from 12 inches. Fully functional.
Grade B (Good): Light cosmetic wear visible up close, fully functional.
Grade C (Acceptable): Noticeable wear but 100% functional.

All grades include a 1-year MacPro-LA warranty and battery health above 80%.
What is your return policy?
30-day hassle-free returns on all purchases. Not satisfied for any reason — contact us within 30 days and we provide a prepaid return label. Items must be returned in the condition received. Refunds processed within 5-10 business days.
What does the 1-year warranty cover?
Our warranty covers hardware defects and component failures under normal use: logic board, RAM, storage, display, keyboard, and ports. Battery is covered for 6 months. Does not cover accidental damage such as drops or liquid spills. To make a claim, email store@macprola.com or call 323-378-5603.
How fast will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2 PM PST Monday–Friday ship the same day. Free 2-day shipping to the contiguous United States. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you offer local pickup in Los Angeles?
Yes. Same-day local pickup is available at our Hollywood store: 1947 N Cahuenga Blvd, Unit 104, Los Angeles, CA 90068. Hours: Monday–Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 2 PM. Call 323-378-5603 before coming in to confirm the item is ready.
What financing options do you offer?
We offer Afterpay (4 interest-free installments), Shop Pay Installments, and Affirm monthly financing — all available at checkout. No hard credit check required for Afterpay or Shop Pay.
Do you accept trade-ins?
Yes. We buy used Macs, iPhones, and iPads. Visit SellMacForCash.com or bring your device in-store for an instant quote. Trade-in value can be applied toward your purchase.
What is included in the box?
Every device ships with a power adapter and charging cable. New and Open Box items include original retail packaging. Refurbished units (Grade A, B, C) ship in clean protective packaging without original retail box unless stated in the listing.
Is the Apple warranty still active on these devices?
It varies by device. Some units have active Apple warranty — this is noted in the product listing. All devices include our 1-year MacPro-LA warranty regardless. You can check Apple coverage by entering the serial number at checkcoverage.apple.com.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the United States and Canada with free shipping on all orders. We do not currently ship outside North America.
